This module features a video by Ralph Losey and a Panel of Experts, including Judge David Waxse. It is a presentation to lawyers in Kansas City in 2010 on Smart Search and Professional Responsibility.




EXERCISE: Come up with an ethics question from out of the videos. Ask around and see how many different answers you get.

Ralph is a Partner in LOSEY PLLC. The law firm was founded by his son and daughter-in-law, Adam and Cat Losey, and can be found at Losey.law.
